- Monday to Friday: 6am to 8pm
- Saturday: 6am to 5.30pm
- Sunday and public holidays: 7.30am to 5.30pm

Entry fees
Pool entry payment at the gate - Cashless payment on entry preferred.
- Adult: $7.00
- Pensioner and Senior Card holders: $5.90 - every Tuesday and Thursday, Pensioner and Senior Card holders who live in the Cumberland City area, are eligible for free general entry at all our pools, all day.
- Spectators – general admission including non-swimmers: $4.70
- Children 6 to 15 years: $5.00
- Children (5 years and under): Free of Charge

Parking
There are 2 accessible car spaces available and parking for over 100 cars. The car park is located on the corner of Tamplin Road (where the enter and exit are located) and Guildford Road, which leads directly into the main entrance of the centre. The Guildford pools are also a 15 minute walk from Guildford Train Station.
