Cumberland Council is conducting an online Community Safety Survey to gather information from residents about their safety concerns, including concerns about crime. This information is used to inform projects and programs to improve safety for families and individuals across the Cumberland area. Initiatives that may develop from the community input may include CCTV cameras, better street lighting and improved access and safety on footpaths.
The anonymous online survey asks a number of questions relating to safety and can be completed in a few minutes through the links below. The survey is also available in other languages to encourage residents from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to have their say.
This survey is being carried out by Cumberland Council to find out what local residents think about crime and community safety in the Cumberland Local Government Area. This survey is anonymous. Survey findings will be made public on the Cumberland Council website and will be reported to Council.
It should take 5-10 minutes to complete this survey. Please ask the person who gives you this survey if you have any questions.
