Wrapping Wentworthville - Yarn Wrapping Public Art Installation

Wentworthville town centre community gathering place Friend Park plays host to a public art installation by Mindkshetra, a local creative wellness studio and social enterprise.

The colourful installations adorning Friend Park’s majestic fig tree are handmade creations made by finger knitting small squares, which are then woven into large tapestries and wrapped onto trees.

This installation is created by lead artists Rupa Parthasarathy and Shraddha Gupte.
