Online payments, bookings, requests and lodgement systems unavailable

Council will be upgrading its systems from 4pm on Tuesday 3 December until 9am on Wednesday 11 December 2019.

As part of our commitment to providing Cumberland with better online services, Council will be upgrading its systems from 4pm on Tuesday 3 December until 9am on Wednesday 11 December 2019. During this time, all online services will be unavailable.

How does this affect you?

Payments for rates and invoices: Available until 4 pm, Tuesday 3 December 2019. This will be available again from 9am on Wednesday 11 December 2019. Customers can make payments at the Merrylands and Auburn customer service counters and receive manual receipts.

Ratepayers can still make payments via BPAY, Australia Post and the Commonwealth Bank during the shutdown period.

Requests: Available online until Tuesday 3 December 2019. This will be available again from 9am on Wednesday 11 December 2019.

Applications for Certificates: Available online until Tuesday 3 December 2019. This will be available again from 9am on Wednesday 11 December 2019.

DA Lodgement: Council encourages avoiding lodging all DA requests and related applications from Tuesday 3 December 2019 to Wednesday 11 December 2019.
