Seniors Bus Trip - Wollondilly Heritage Centre and Museum

Seniors, step back in time and join us for a historic journey with a bus trip to the Wollondilly Heritage Centre and Museum.

The museum is a repository for archives, records and objects relating to the early development of the villages in Wollondilly shire.

Exhibitions on display incorporate these objects and include the stories of our early pioneers and how they shaped life in our local area.

Time: 9:00am: Location: Holroyd Gardens, corner Pitt St and Walpole Street, Merrylands.

Terms and Conditions

  • To be eligible to book, you must be a Cumberland City Council resident aged 65 years or over (50 years or over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents), or a person with disability aged 18 or over, with carers residing within the Cumberland City LGA
  • You may be required to wear a mask while accessing transport.
  • If you have flu-like symptoms, please do not attend.
  • Please note, the coach is only accessible via stairs.
  • Bookings open on 2 February 2026 and close on 12 February 2026 or once booked out.
  • From 16 February 2026, tickets can be collected and paid for at either Merrylands or Auburn Service Centre, as nominated by you during booking
  • All tickets must be collected by Friday 27 February 2026. Any unclaimed tickets will be resold.
  • Dietary requirements submitted at the time of booking are unable to be changed.
  • If you do not attend this may impact your ability to book for future seniors and disability events provided by Council.
  • If you do not attend on the day, tickets are non-refundable.
