Event details
Young people aged 12 to 25 years are invited to this African Djembe Drumming Workshop where they will create sounds and music from the African Continent.
Every participant has the opportunity to immerse themselves in a different culture whilst they experience a feeling of unity as part of a drum circle.
We provide instruments for every participant in the class including djembes and other percussion. This incursion is suitable for all age groups and is a great introduction to rhythm and basic percussion techniques.
