The Connected Communities Grant provides financial support for projects that focus on early intervention, prevention, and the delivery of services that cater to marginalised communities in Cumberland.

Cumberland City Council is committed to fostering strong, inclusive, and resilient communities by addressing social inequalities, improving service accessibility, and enhancing community participation.

The Connected Communities Grant provides financial support for projects that focus on early intervention, prevention, and the delivery of services that cater to marginalised communities in Cumberland.

This includes initiatives that support underrepresented artists, creatives, and cultural groups, promote community engagement, improve health outcomes, and enhance overall wellbeing.

Available Funding: The program offers funding of up to $15,000 per applicant.
