Infrastructure

Infrastructure Grants

Amount: Between $10, 000 to $300,000
Eligibility: Not-for-profit organisations and unicorporated groups

This grant supports the building, renovation and fit-out of infrastructure. Funding is available for sport and recreation and arts and cultural infrastructure as well as projects that assist communities with essential infrastructure and disaster readiness.

Small NSO Infrastructure Grants Program

Facility Loan Scheme

The Scheme provides low interest loans to financially assist affiliated Australian Tennis Clubs, Centres and Associations to upgrade, replace or improve their tennis facilities.

Emergency Works Grants

Amount: Between $1,000 and $10,000
Eligibility: Local Government, not-for-profit organisations, unincorporated groups and individuals
Closing: Ongoing
The purpose of this grant is to support the protection or repairs to gazetted Aboriginal Places, items listed on the State Heritage Register, or items with a current Interim Heritage Order that have been damaged by unexpected events (such as an extreme storm or accident) and where your insurance does not cover this cost.

National Cultural Heritage Account

Saluting Their Service Commemorative Grants Program

Amount: Community grants up to $10,000, major grants up to $150,000
Eligibility: Not-for-profit organisations, Local Government, incorporated associations, unincorporated groups, business, Schools, TAFE, Universities and individuals

The Program is designed to: preserve Australia’s wartime heritage; involve people around the nation in a wide range of projects and activities that highlight the service and sacrifice of Australia’s service personnel in wars, conflicts and peace operations; and promote appreciation and understanding of the experiences of service and the roles that those who served have played in shaping the nation.

Business

2021 COVID-19 Business Grants

Amount: Between $7, 500 to $15,000
Eligibility: Businesses, not-for-profit organisations and individuals

A one-off payment to help businesses, sole traders or not-for-profit organisations impacted by the COVID-19 restrictions. Funding will cover, utilities, wages, rent, marketing and communications activities, the cost of perishable goods and other activities that support the operation of the business.

COVID_19 Micro-Busines Grant

Amount: Up to $1,500
Eligibility: Businesses, not-for-profit organisations and individuals

This e 2021 COVID-19 micro-business grant provides cashflow support for micro-businesses in New South Wales who have had their work impacted by the restrictions while continuing to incur business costs. A fortnightly payment for businesses with a turnover between $30,000 and $75,000.

Fortnightly payment to help maintain employee headcount and provide cashflow support to businesses.

Small Business Fees and Charges Rebate

Amount: Up to $1,500
Eligibility: Business and not-for-profit organisation
Closing: 30 June 2022
This rebate helps businesses recover from the impact of COVID-19 and funds can be use to offset the cost of eligible NSW and local government fees and charges. These include food authority licences, liquor licences, tradesperson licences, event fees and council rates.

COVID-19 Disaster Payment

Amount: Up to $600
Eligibility: individuals

Financial assistance to help workers unable to earn income due to a COVID-19 lockdown, hotspot or period of restricted movement.

Cyber Security Small Business Program

Amount: Up to $2,100
Eligibility: Business, not-for-profit organisation, Local Governement and trust

Grants will be provided to small businesses (with 19 or fewer employees) for up to 50 per cent of the cost of a micro, small or standard certified small business check. The grant amount will be up to 50 per cent of eligible project costs.
