Dolly Parton Imagination Library

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library was a program in partnership with United Way and NSW Health for babies born after 2021 to receive a free book every month from birth to 5 years.

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library was a program in partnership with United Way and NSW Health for babies born after 2021 to receive a free book every month from birth to 5 years. 

Council offers a range of literacy programs for children 0 to 5 years old that are free for families to access. 

1000 Books Before Kindergarten

1000 Books Before Kindergarten is a free program suitable for infants and children aged up to five years old.

Visit your local branch to pick up your free starter pack.

Library Programs for Children 

Discover activities for children including story time sessions, toddler time and toy library information.
