
Who is the service for?
The Home Library Service is available to and free for anyone living in Cumberland City who is unable to visit the library in person, due to age, illness or disability. We deliver to your home whether you live in your own home or a shared home.
How do I join?
The Home Library Officer can organise the selection and delivery of library items to you every three weeks. To join this free service and have library items delivered to your home, phone the Home Library Officer at Auburn Library on 02 8757 9060 or 02 8757 9434. You will also need to complete an application form.
What can I borrow?
Items available for borrowing include:
- large print books
- normal fiction and non-fiction books
- audio books
- CDs
- magazines
- DVDs
Bulk loans are also available to nursing homes, retirement villages, aged care centres, senior citizens’ clubs, and other such facilities in the Cumberland City area.
