The Site-Specific Development Control Plan (DCP) applying to 45 Barcom Street, Merrylands West that amends existing Part J - Site Specific Controls of the Holroyd Development Control Plan (DCP) 2013 has now become effective when the corresponding LEP amendment (Holroyd LEP 2013- Amendment No.22) for the site was notified on 17 September 2021.
The amendment to the Holroyd Development Control Plan 2013 is now made available on Cumberland City Council’s website for public viewing.
Cumberland City Council acknowledges the Darug Nation and People as Traditional Custodians of the land on which the Cumberland Local Government Area (LGA) is situated and pays respect to Aboriginal Elders both past, present and future.
