Amendment to Parramatta Development Control Plan 2011 for 2-22 William Street, Granville is now effective

This amendment came into effect on 30 September 2021.

The Site-Specific Development Control Plan (DCP) provisions applying to 2-22 William Street, Granville that amends existing section 4.1.6 – Granville Town Centre controls of the Parramatta Development Control Plan (DCP) 2011 has now become effective when the corresponding LEP amendment (Parramatta LEP 2011- Amendment No.63) for the site was notified on 30 September 2021.

The amendment to the Parramatta Development Control Plan 2011 is now made available on Cumberland City Council’s website for public viewing.

Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians

Cumberland City Council acknowledges the Darug Nation and People as Traditional Custodians of the land on which the Cumberland Local Government Area (LGA) is situated and pays respect to Aboriginal Elders both past, present and future.
