Amendments to Cumberland Development Control Plan 2021 for 2-22 William Street, Granville and 45 Barcom Street, Merrylands West sites

This amendment has now become effective.

The Site-Specific Development Control Plan (DCP) provisions applying to 2-22 William Street, Granville that amends existing Part F2-2 Granville Town Centre controls, and DCP provisions applying to 45 Barcom Street, Merrylands West which amends Part F1 - Residential Site-Specific controls by introducing a new section 17 to Cumberland Development Control Plan 2021 has now become effective when the corresponding LEP and map amendments are made effective through the Cumberland Local Environmental Plan 2021 (Mapping Amendment No.1) notified on 12 November 2021 and Cumberland LEP 2021 (Amendment No.1) notified on 19 November 2021.

These amendments to the Cumberland Development Control Plan 2021 are now made available on this website for public viewing.
