What happens if your pet isn't microchipped

Lost pets can be stressful. However, there’s a range of things you can do to locate them.

Start with your local area

  • Contact the Hawkesbury Companion Animal Shelter, 10 Mulgrave Road, Mulgrave NSW 2756. Phone: 02 4560 4644  E-mail: companionanimal@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au
  • Check our lost and found animals page
  • Check with your neighbours and distribute notices
  • Contact local vets to see if it has been handed in
  • Check local papers for lost and found ads. Or run a ‘lost pet ad’ in the paper yourself
  • Search ‘lost and found’ websites and list your pet on them

Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians
