Cumberland ClubGRANTS

Cumberland ClubGRANTS is a ClubsNSW community grant program supporting local projects and services that provide assistance to people in the Cumberland area.

What is Cumberland ClubGRANTS?

Cumberland ClubGRANTS is a Category 1 community development grants program funded by local clubs and administered by Cumberland City Council. The scheme allows registered clubs with gaming machine profits over $1 million to apply for a 1.85% tax rebate. This rebate funds grants for not-for-profit community organisations, schools, and local government bodies with an ABN.

Funded projects must focus on either community welfare and social services, community development, community health services, or employment assistance activities. Each year, the Cumberland ClubGRANTS program releases priority areas to address existing and emerging community needs within the Cumberland LGA. Projects aligning with these priorities are ranked higher during the assessment process. The 2026 priorities can be found in this year's guidelines which are found below.
