Amendments to Cumberland Development Control Plan 2021 for Merrylands Station and McFarlane Street Precinct and Merrylands Station Precinct (East)

The amendments to above are now made available and effective. 

The amendments to the Cumberland Development Control Plan (DCP) 2021 Part F2 - Business Site Specific, applying to F2-8 Merrylands Station and McFarlane Street Precinct and F2-9 Merrylands Station Precinct (East), adopted by Council on 21 August 2024, have now become effective.

These amendments to the Cumberland Development Control Plan 2021 are now made available on this website for public viewing.
