Social Inclusion

  • In-Centre Activities Assistant
  • Transport Assistant
  • Shopping Assistant (One-on-one or van)
  • Social Inclusion Driver
  • Home Visits
  • Outings Assistant

Nutrition Services

  • Volunteer Delivery Assistant (Runner)
  • Kitchen Hand
  • Volunteer Driver

Disability Services

  • Lifestyle and Leisure Links Program Volunteer

Essential Criteria:

  • Commitment to working with elderly people and people with disabilities
  • Ability to conduct duties of position or ability/willingness to learn
  • Trustworthy, patient, and reliable
  • Completion of a NDIS Worker Check (free)

Some Centrelink clients can choose to volunteer with a Centrelink approved voluntary work organisation, such as Cumberland City Council's Senior and Disability Services, to help meet their Centrelink Mutual obligation requirements.

Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians
