Essential Criteria:

Commitment to working with elderly people and people with disabilities
Ability to conduct duties of position or ability/willingness to learn
Trustworthy, patient, and reliable
Completion of a Criminal Record Check (free) and NDIS Worker Check (free)
Proof of 3 doses received of a TGA approved Covid-19 vaccination.

How to apply

Please note that we will not be accepting volunteer position applications during December 2025 and January 2026.

Applications will reopen on 2 February 2026.

Centrelink Mutual Obligation Program

Some Centrelink clients can choose to volunteer with a Centrelink approved voluntary work organisation, such as Cumberland City Council's Senior and Disability Services, to help meet their Centrelink Mutual obligation requirements.
