The Woodville Road Corridor Strategy (PDF, 43MB) is a local land use policy that outlines Council’s vision and priorities for future development along the Corridor.

It serves as a guiding framework for Planning Proposals and Development Applications, to ensure that new development responds to the local context and contributes to a well-designed and vibrant built environment.

Council adopted the Woodville Road Corridor Strategy at its ordinary meeting held on 27 August 2025.
