If you completed a construction project in the former Holroyd and Auburn Local Government Areas (LGAs) between 1991-2016 and did not claim your bond, then you may be eligible for a refund.

Council is committed to fire safety in all residential, commercial and organisational buildings. A number of programs have been put in place to prevent fire and reduce its impact.

If your home was built before 1990, it could contain asbestos.
