Brief service description

Driver Licensing Access Program (DLAP) Participants must NOT already have their Learner Licence. DLAP = Exemption letter to do the DKT for FREE, Reimbursement of Learner Licence fee & $150 towards professional lessons.

DLAP does NOT just provide driving lessons.
