A FREE monthly drop-in program for Cumberland residents that builds confidence, skills, and resilience to help you succeed in employment.
These workshops are flexible in delivery to support attendees. It's a relaxed & friendly space designed to help you increase your confidence, develop essential employment skills and learn strategies in managing your own mental health while navigating the workforce.
This program is for participants:
- Looking to enter the workforce
- Returning to work after a break
- Who have been out of work for a long period of time
- Who are trying to rebuild their confidence

This program will run once a month on Thursday's from 10am to 11:30am
