Many people will be familiar with web chat, as it is a common customer service channel used by businesses online.
How to use web chat
Web chat is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Visit the website, open the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner and type in your query. A Customer Service team member will respond promptly to your message.
You can use a smart phone, tablet or computer to access web chat.
You can also contact Council by phone, email, in person, by post and fax.
