 LEAD Professional Development Association Incorporated is a not-for-profit, non-government association providing professional development opportunities for people working with children, youth, families and communities.

 LEAD also offers a range of bespoke organisational capacity building services including workforce planning and development.

Services offered

Professional Development for people working in the community sector, Intra Organisational Capacity Building - Workforce planning and development, Inter Organisational capacity building - Knowledge sharing and collective learning, network building and a collaborative platform with improved referrals.
