Starts 2 February 2026 - Join Cumberland City Council and Fitness Coach Judy for an exciting program featuring Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise, and Dancefit.
Held every Monday from 6pm to 8pm for 9 consecutive weeks.
This program is designed to boost fitness and build confidence in a fun and safe environment.
Please ensure you are wearing comfortable clothing, enclosed shoes and bring along a water bottle and mat.
