Event details
Join our FREE Yatimba Program to enhance your mental and physical well-being through collaborative discussions, and rhythmic movement!
Yatimba's wellbeing program is shaped by the everyday experiences of young people.
During the sessions, participants are empowered to thrive despite challenges such as peer pressure, bullying, social media, and healthy habits which affect students of all ages and backgrounds.
Sheron moved from South Africa to Australia and has based the program on what she has gone through, using real life experiences to connect with young people and inspire them to step out of their comfort zone. Sheron says: “Growing up and moving to Australia at the age of 14, I lost my identity at school. I get to relive those moments and pass on what I went through to help them.”
