Within our Open Space and Recreation Strategy Strategic Direction 1 outlines to deliver new open space and new recreation facilities that meet the needs of our growing population.
We are conducting a detailed review of the open space needs for the area for the next 10 to 15 years and have identified that some places across our LGA have not got enough open space or the right types of open space. These gaps are growing with population and housing changes.
We want to hear from the community about your priorities for improving open space, how you use, how often you use open space and parks and where.
Community consultation is now open from Wednesday 30 June to Wednesday 28 July 2021. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments by completing the below survey.
