The landowner and proponent for this proposal is Gallipoli Education Solutions Limited.
The Planning Proposal seeks to facilitate the redevelopment of an industrial site for the purpose of a school. This will help cater for the growing school-aged population in Auburn and the wider Cumberland Community.
The Planning Proposal involves the following amendments to Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 as it relates to the subject site:
Introduce ‘educational establishment’ as an additional permitted use (schedule 1 amendment)
- Apply a 12 metre height of building control (currently there is no height of building control for the site)
