Shinrin-Yoku
Daily at 10am, 12 noon, 2pm and 3:30pm
Step into the healing embrace of nature with Shinrin-Yoku, the ancient Japanese art of “forest bathing.” More than just a walk, this guided sensory journey invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world in a mindful, restorative way.
Led by certified nature therapy guides, you’ll wander the peaceful rainforest trails and serene billabong surroundings, engaging your senses to calm your mind, ease stress, and renew your spirit. This immersive experience encourages you to savour every sight, sound, and scent—transforming nature into your sanctuary of calm.
Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate experience. Registration is available on arrival at the festival’s Zen Zone. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to secure your spot.
