The goal of this week is to promote wellness initiatives and to get bodies up and moving!

Join us for an interactive drumming session designed to unleash your inner rhythm and melt away stress. Find your unique groove, feel the beat and let the rhythm guide you as you connect with yourself and others in a powerful, joyful experience. Light refreshments provided

Ball Fitness with Judy
Have a ball in our gentle, playful fitness class! This session blends stability ball exercises with other simple moves, perfect for all fitness levels. You’ll build balance, strength and flexibility at your own pace in a fun, supportive environment. Come join us and discover how enjoyable exercise can be. Light refreshments provided

Residents aged 65yrs or over (50yrs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) living within the Cumberland City LGA.
If you have Flu-like symptoms, please do not attend. Bookings open Monday 15 September and close Friday 26 September or once booked out.
If you do not attend this may impact your ability to book for future Seniors & Disability events provided by Council.
