Lidcombe Oval Grandstand Rename

We are inviting the community to comment on the proposed renaming of Lidcombe Oval Grandstand to 'The Tom Raudonikis OAM Stand'.

This proposed name is after Tommy Raudonikis, Australian rugby league footballer and coach, and Hall of Fame member of the Western Sydney Magpies.

Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians

Cumberland City Council acknowledges the Darug Nation and People as Traditional Custodians of the land on which the Cumberland Local Government Area (LGA) is situated and pays respect to Aboriginal Elders both past, present and future. We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the First Peoples of Australia. Cumberland City Council also acknowledges other Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander Peoples living in the Cumberland LGA and reaffirms that we will work closely with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to advance reconciliation within the area.
