Event details
In this free one-hour session, our volunteer community trainers will guide you through the simple steps of calling, pushing, and shocking.
One hour. Confidence for life.
Every minute matters in a cardiac emergency. You don’t need to be a medical professional to save a life – you just need to know what to do.
In this free one-hour session, our volunteer community trainers will guide you through the simple steps of calling, pushing, and shocking. You’ll walk away with the confidence to step in if someone collapses – because turning bystanders into responders is what saves lives.
What to expect:
- Learn the difference between a heart attack and cardiac arrest
- Understand how to recognise when someone needs CPR
- Get hands-on practice with CPR and an AED (defibrillator)
- Build the confidence to take action when it matters most
When you register, we’ll ask you a few short questions about what you already know. This helps us make the session as clear, practical, and useful as possible for everyone attending.
This is a FREE community program open to everyone, but spots are limited and registration is required.
It’s simple. It’s practical. It could save a life.
Register today and join us in learning skills that every community needs.
