Cumberland City Council is giving notification of the exhibition of the proposed draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for 2 Percy Street, Auburn. The Voluntary Planning Agreement was prepared in response to State Significant Development application (SSD – 8926) approved for the site to facilitate a new school for 728 students and 58 staff on a staged basis. The voluntary planning agreement provides a local infrastructure contribution, (monetary) towards public domain and open space upgrades in accordance with the proposed Wyatt Park Masterplan, Auburn.
The proposed draft VPA is exhibition is online from Thursday 3 June 2021 to Friday 2 July 2021. During this time, we encourage you to view the exhibition material in the document library on this page and have your say. The documents are also available in hardcopy form at:

- Merrylands Customer Service Centre, 16 Memorial Avenue, Merrylands
