
On 7 July 2021, Council resolved to prepare an Amended Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for 4-12 Railway Street, Lidcombe, to allow an additional 12 months for the developer to obtain development approvals and meet the obligations under the Agreement.
The amended VPA and supporting documents are on exhibition for 28 days, from Friday 30 July 2021 to Thursday 26 August 2021.
