A program supporting women with strategies to manage your mental health while navigating the workforce.
This program will run for 3 weeks, attendance is once a week on Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon on the following dates:

- 8 May
- 15 May
The program offers a supportive environment for participants to explore and enhance their employment skills and mental wellbeing, offering coaching and mentorship
This program is for women aged 18 to 65 who are:
- Looking to enter the workforce for the first time and require some specialised assistance.
- Currently working and struggling to maintain employment.
- have been out of the workforce for some time and want to rebuild their confidence.
