A gentle stretch, story time, craft activities, relaxation, song, play, and connection with bubs, yourself and other parents.
The program starts Wednesday 7 May 2025, running every Wednesday for 8 consecutive weeks from 10:30am to 12pm at Eric Tweedale Stadium - Function Room.
A gentle stretch, story time, craft activities, relaxation, song, play, and connection with bubs, yourself and the community. Each session won't necessarily include all these components, but a fun mix of activities. These sessions are play based aimed at strengthening the parent/child bond with some light exercise and relaxation for parents too.
The first 45 minutes of the session approximately will be activities, followed by snack and chat for the last 45 mins. Recommended for parents with children aged 2 to 5 years.
Registration is essential.
