Focus on New Fathers

Focus on New Fathers provides a free text message service called SMS4dads for new dads and dads-to-be.

It’s rewarding becoming a dad. But regardless of whether this is your first child or your family is expanding, becoming a dad can be challenging and sometimes stressful. To help new dads and dads-to-be like you, NSW Health and the University of Newcastle have partnered to deliver a free text message based service called SMS4dads.

It’s free to sign up and once you do, you will receive tools, tips and helpful links, directly to your phone, up until your baby is 12 months old.
