Cumberland City Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting an easement over Council land over Council Reserve, Greystanes Sportsground at 812 Merrylands Road, Greystanes to an adjoining property owner at 2 Curra Place, Greystanes.

Acting under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to grant an easement in favour of the property owner/s of 2 Curra Place, Greystanes to install an underground stormwater pipe with the adjoining Council Reserve known as Greystanes Sportsground.

The land affected by the easement is within Lot 2 in Deposited Plan 533898, which forms part of Council’s Larger landholding and will occupy an approximate area of 1.5438 square meters for a term in perpetuity.
