As part of the revitalisation of Lidcombe town centre, we are considering opportunities to make the best use of property holdings and supporting improvements to local infrastructure to meet current and future needs.

We are considering the sale and redevelopment of the public carpark at 13 John Street, Lidcombe. We are progressing a process to support the redevelopment of this site while ensuring that carparking needs for the community are integrated in this proposal.

We are seeking community feedback on options to maintain and improve carparking at 13 John Street, Lidcombe prior to making a final decision on the sale and redevelopment of the site.
