Cumberland City Council will be participating in Planet Ark's National Tree Day 2023.
This event will be held on Sunday 30 July 2023 from 10am to 12 noon at the following locations:
- Canal Road Park, Canal Road in Greystanes - aiming to plant 1,500 trees plants.
- Central Park, Botanica Drive in Lidcombe - aiming to plant 500 to 700 plants.
Connect with nature, get your hands dirty and help make a difference through positive environmental action by registering for a planting site to help Planet Ark plant one million native trees.
Basic tree planting equipment will be provided, but this is a plastic-free event and we encourage you to bring your own water bottles to refill.
