Seniors and Disability Services at Cumberland City Council are holding a Salsa Class for Seniors.
Salsa for Seniors has a motto of ‘meet, dance, live.’ It aims to help seniors of all ages to feel young again and remain physically active, mentally stimulated and socially connected. The class caters for all abilities, mobility and levels of experience.
When: Friday 4 October 2024 from 10am to 12 noon
Cost: Free
Eligibility: For residents living in the Cumberland City LGA. aged 60yrs or over (50yrs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders).
Light refreshments provided. If you have Flu like symptoms, please do not attend.
