Cumberland City Council has made new resources available online to help keep families and children entertained amid the Government's continued direction to stay home.

“We know the COVID-19 lockdown has proven to be challenging for many families so we've introduced online initiatives to prevent self-isolation from turning into cabin fever for the little ones,” said Mayor Steve Christou.

“It's really important for Council that we redirect our services during this time to keep the community engaged.

“From story time and exercise to arts and crafts and competitions, there is an array of options for kids to enjoy as we stay safe at home.

“As a community, we need to channel our creativity and resilience to stay positive, navigate our way through this pandemic and come out the other side.”
