What does my ticket include?

Your ticket provides entry to the festival as per the date of your ticket.

How much time can I spend at the festival?

Each day of the festival commences at 9:00am and concludes at 4:45pm as the venue closes at 5:00pm

Can I leave and re-enter the festival on the same day?

Unfortunately, no pass outs are allowed at the festival. Once your ticket has been scanned it cannot be scanned a second time. If you leave the venue and wish to re-enter you will need to purchase another ticket.

Can I purchase my ticket on the same day I attend?

Yes, subject to availability. However, advance booking is strongly recommended as the festival may sell out.

Can I purchase my ticket from a third party?

It is not recommended. Third-party purchases carry risks including scams or invalid tickets. Council is not responsible for third-party transactions.

Do you offer tickets to people with a Companion Card?

Yes, Companion Card Holders are eligible for free tickets. However, a Campion Card Holder must still book a ticket to maintain venue capacity.

If you require a companion card ticket you will need to contact the OzTix Customer Experience team via email info@oztix.com.au.

The request needs to provide proof of the paid ticket order along with photographic proof of carer card to enable the Customer Experience team to issue a companion card ticket for the day.

The Companion Card Holder must be present at the entry along with a ticket to be permitted entry on the day.

Can I resell my ticket?

If you are unable to attend or the day you wish to attend is sold out we recommend reselling and/or purchasing your tickets via Tixel, the authorised and safe resale platform.

We never recommend purchasing or selling tickets off a third party, such as a social media platform or marketplace because it opens yourself and others up to scammers and there’s a chance your ticket may not scan at the entry. Council will not be held responsible for any third-party sales/purchases. Should you make any sales/purchases from a third party you do this at your own risk.

Are there discounts for group bookings?

Unfortunately, group bookings do not attract a discount.

What proof is required if you booked a Cumberland City Council resident ticket?

Your ID with your address or rates notice with your name and address are acceptable forms of proof.

Do I need to show ID?

The person using the ticket for entry must be in the right ticket-type group. Cumberland City Residents, Children 16 years and under will need to present their ID for proof of residence and age. Other forms of ID required include Seniors Cards and Companion Cards.

What are valid forms of ID?

I cant find my ticket, what do I do?
