Event details

Join a local writer, Angel Tien Le, at Merrylands Library on Wednesday 13 August at 3pm, as she presents her first book, “Woven by Love”, a tender memoir of a girl who grew up with one eye and a heart full of hope.

Born in a small Vietnamese village, Tien learns to carry silence, shame, and sacrifice—yet through every thread of hardship, she finds grace quietly stitching her life back together.

Woven through the chapters are authentic Vietnamese recipes—each one tied to memory, healing, and the quiet strength of a mother and daughter who refused to give up on each other.

For readers of memoir, faith journeys, and cultural stories that linger long after the final page, “Woven by Love” is not just a story—it’s an offering.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and purchase a personally signed copy of the “Woven by Love”.
