Following investment in Merrylands City Centre and Guildford City Centre, there was a 14.2% growth in night-time businesses over the past two years – outpacing many other areas!
From bustling restaurants and cafés to thriving bars and entertainment venues, residents and visitors are choosing to spend their nights right here in Cumberland, fuelling local businesses and creating a more connected, lively community.
Big things are ahead! Cumberland City Council’s Smart Places Strategy and Town Centre Public Domain Plans are set to transform our streets, making them safer, more vibrant, and more interactive with the latest technology. This means better public spaces, improved nightlife experiences, and even more reasons to enjoy a great night out in the Cumberland!
