Dolly Parton Imagination Library

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library was an early year's literacy program for children 0 to 5 years old residing in the Cumberland Local Government Area. In partnership with United Way and Health, the program was delivered throughout Cumberland from 2021 to 2025.

As of 1 September 2025, the program stopped taking new registrations, and any families already registered in the program prior to this date will continue to receive books through the program until June 2026.

Council offers a range of literacy programs for children 0 to 5 years old that are free for families to access.
