Cumberland City Council invites the community to a free Dementia Navigator Information Session designed to support residents in understanding dementia and the services available.

This session is particularly valuable for people from diverse cultural and language backgrounds as it provides guidance on accessing government funded dementia care, carer supports, and community resources.

Eligibility

  • Residents aged 65 years or over (or 50 years or over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
  • People with disability aged 18 years or over
  • Carers of eligible residents living within the Cumberland City LGA
