Mental Health Information Sessions

Information sessions for parents / guardians on child and youth mental health and wellbeing.

A child or young person’s mental wellbeing is a crucial part of their overall health and development (Source: The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne). When referring to a child’s or young person’s mental health, we are talking about their social, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

These information sessions are aimed at helping parents and guardians understand their child’s mental health and wellbeing, offering practical ways they can support positive mental health.
