Wellness and Fitness Expo

The Wellness and Fitness Expo, in partnership with STARTTS, LEADS and Headspace, is designed for young people aged 12 to 24 years.

When: Wednesday 29 January 2025 from 3pm to 6pm
Where: The Granville Centre - 1 Memorial Drive, Granville

Featuring

  • A variety of stalls hosted by youth service providers, local mental health services, and local sporting/fitness clubs.
  • Interactive activities, including painting and cooking workshops, mindfulness sessions, and sporting/fitness workshops
  • Multilingual information to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.
