Join us for a fantastic free event filled with engaging activities for kids and valuable information for parents and caregivers. Where we start matters for each child and their family.
Cumberland City Council in partnership with Integrated Violence Prevention and Response Service (IVPRS) WSLHD are launching Child Protection Week 2023 with a fun day for the Cumberland Community.
This free event is for families with pre-school aged children (3-5 years old) and will include interactive stations focusing on ‘Me and My Body: emotional literacy and body safety for pre-schoolers’, plus activities and information from local services.
Refreshments will be provided for families on the day, Where we start matters for each child and their family, so come along and join us! Poppy the Possum will make a special appearance.
Best parking and access is via Paton Street, Merrylands West. Children must be accompanied by a parent / guardian / carer for the entire duration of the event.
All activities will be outside so a hat and a water bottle is recommended.
