Cumberland Council is upgrading both Auburn and Bardo Park to provide high quality public spaces for the Auburn Community. The upgrades will involve the construction of new park amenities, playground, solar lighting, shade structures, BBQs, footpaths, park furniture and landscaping.
Works will commence on Monday 5th September 2016, with the upgrades scheduled to be completed in May 2017, weather permitting. Council is committed to ensuring minimal disruption to residents – work at Auburn Park will be limited to 7am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, and at Bardo Park, work will be scheduled from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. No work will be scheduled for Sundays.
